2. How $PRPTY Works #

Equity-Backed Security Token #

Each $PRPTY token corresponds to an ownership share in LandInvest.io’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) entity. Token holders are legally entitled to a proportional share of net profits from the company’s land sales and subscription revenue from BuyVacantLand.com.

Quarterly Profit Distributions #

Every quarter, net profits are calculated across all active land deals and subscription operations. Profits are distributed pro-rata to token holders in either USD or stablecoins (USDC), directly to their wallet. Example: If you own 1% of all $PRPTY tokens, you receive 1% of the profit pool.

Blockchain Compliance #

$PRPTY is issued under the ERC-1404 standard, a restricted ERC-20 designed for security tokens. Compliance rules (KYC, AML, investor accreditation, lockups) are encoded directly into the token smart contract. U.S. accredited investors (Reg D) are subject to a 12-month lockup, while international investors (Reg S), securities offered outside the United States under Regulation S may be resold immediately among non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions, provided that no directed selling efforts are made in the United States and the transactions comply with Rule 903 and 904 of Regulation S.
