Token holders agree that tokens cannot be freely traded, transferred, or resold except in compliance with Reg D resale restrictions and Reg S offshore requirements, or through future SEC-compliant secondary trading venues, if available.
Land Invest Corp does not guarantee liquidity or resale opportunities for any tokenized securities.
All content, logos, graphics, images, design elements, and software on LandInvest.io are the intellectual property of Land Invest Corp or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
